Responsible for managing and leading the daily functions of Property Improvement Operations project management staff, including but not limited to project management, customer communications, and delegation of work assignments. Participate in the creation of new labor programs from initial recommendations on program viability to development and final implementation.

5-10 years people management experience required.
Strong ability and experience leading through change and championing change required.
3-5 years renovation and/or construction experience preferred.
Experience leading a team of supervisors or project managers preferred.
Property improvement operations experience preferred.
Familiarity with MRO industry preferred.
