Job Description & Qualifications

Job Summary

Responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing email segmented relationship building. Drive efficient campaign results through the use of data analysis and testing. Develop and implement strategic plans for email segment.


Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to plan, deliver and execute successful mobile marketing campaigns (SMS, QR, Coupons, Ads, etc.) and measure ROI.
  • Ensures accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Partners with internal teams providing creative, product, IT and other technological input.
  • Researches and evaluates segments, market behavior, trends and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Manages daily, weekly and monthly account performance reporting and analysis.
  • Works closely with the in-house creative and technology teams to continuously improve the online experience.
  • Leverages a "test, measure and refine" approach to consistently improve program results and increase the impact of online marketing for acquisition and profitability.
  • Responsible for budget, goals, and scheduling of email initiatives.

  • Solutions require analysis and investigation.
  • Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles and practical experience.
  • Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.

Work Environment

  • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
  • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
  • Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% to 20% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be eighteen years of age
  • Must pass the Drug Test
  • Must pass the Background Check
  • Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable

Education and Experience

  • Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline. Generally 7+ years experience in related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications & Job Specific Details

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience managing accounts in the various different email platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B e-commerce environment.
  • Experience creating design and email mock-ups, website builds, and landing pages.
  • B2B account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years’ experience, or MS and 2 years’ experience, or equivalent relevant experience.
